This is one of a couple homes for the full and complete work of J.R. Franklin & Project: Short Track. Below is the full list of tracks Franklin has worked on. J.R. is one of the most innovative members of the track building community who has over the years come up with a number of ingenious ways to manipulate the NR2003 AI to do things they, perhaps, weren’t programmed to. J.R.’s time spent understanding track building, ini manipulation, ratings, and everything else you can modify in the sim, has resulted in some of the best short track builds you’ll ever come across.
J.R. of course rarely worked entirely alone. Take a peek inside the readme TXT files included with each of his tracks to see the many names that have assisted him to create some incredible works of art. Aaron Maynard, Matt Gilson, Ian Smyth (Smiffsden), Wayne Anderson, Ron Fox, and several more have assisted in many of the creations below.
With that said, let’s get onto the tracks:
Many of these tracks include alternative graphics options, cameras, and more within the track’s files. Always make sure to view and read the ‘readme’ files that are included with each track.
