The SimoCOT Mod, templates, carviewer files, and render scenes are now available. This was the first mod released back in 2008 for the then brand new Car of Tomorrow. Carsets for 2007 through 2009 will be up in the very near future.
If you’d like to download the SimoCOT mod & relive the COT era in its infancy, you can do so by clicking here.
I’d noticed some download attempts for the Revamped Reloaded Shared folder updates that were pointing toward dead links. I wasn’t sure where the links were coming from, but I figured it out! If you were attempting to download the Shared Folders from the ‘How to Install NR2003 in 2024’ guide page, those links have now been updated and are back to working. My apologies! I knew I was bound to have missed at least a few links during the great link migration of last week! -Bill
I have officially offloaded all of the downloads on the site directly from my host to a premium Mediafire account. This will avoid some limitations in the site’s host as well as speed up the downloads and allow a much larger archiving of mods, templates, carsets, tracks & more.
With that said, if you come across a dead link or a possibly incorrect link, please let me know by contacting me and I can get it fixed. There’s about 400 to 500 download links I had to update. Whew! -Bill

Friend Rob D. over at Stunodracing has put together a new mainback for the Cup90 mod, and it looks great. If you recently got the new 1992 High Resolution carset, it’s a perfect fit! I do not have it available here, directly, so if you’d like to pick it up and stick it into the sim for your Cup90 mod, you can get it by clicking here and going to StunodRacing! Thanks much Rob for putting it together for us.

The original CTS mod from Project Wildfire is now available in the ‘Mods/Templates/Scenes’ section of the site. This section was created to be the new home of brand new templates from Chris, aka CC48. He has created some great new high resolution templates (2048×2048) for the PWF-CTS mod for 1983 models of a Chevy, Ford, GMC, and Dodge truck.
Some images of these new templates are below. If you’d like to download CC48’s new templates now, you can do so by clicking here.
I have now created a discord page for the Dr. Noise Paints website. This will be a place where you can find details on upcoming projects. This also includes the ability for you all to post your work as well as submit it to be posted here on the page for everyone. The Discord will also include some files that may not be included on the website here.
Along with that, it is also a place you are free to ask questions, get (and offer) help locating hard to find mods/utilities/tracks/etc. from the past. Basically, a big ol’ hub as a live extension of this website. Consider it our old school BBS home base!
John of WKC has completed another track. This time he’s done a more up to date 2023 version of Jennerstown. Jennerstown Speedway is a .522 mile asphalt track that races weekly on Saturday nights from April through August. It is a egg shaped oval almost with the same track layout as Darlington, but on a smaller scale.
To download the track, visit WKC’s tracks page from the ‘Tracks’ drop down menu at the top of the page. Otherwise, click here if you’re too weak to move your mouse that far. -Bill
